Prepaid Adult Cards Refunds and Returns Policy

Given the nature of the material being sold refunds will only be provided if it can be shown that a Prepaid Adult Access Card was purchased from Australian Adult Prepaid by a person under the age of 18 years.

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

1. You simply change your mind and no longer want the product

2. You have already used the product and you do not wish to use up the remainder of the purchased credit.
